Improve your collaboration skills. Never act alone because more heads are better than one. Your life will be more efective when you'll join ideas and work together with others.  So let's cooperate with each other instead of working against each other.

Consider what to do in order to improve collaboration skills. Below are some suggestions :
1. Define and explain reason, goal and rules for collaboration.
2. Enable participants to present themselves and their views.
3. Ask participants to propose solutions.
4. Give participants multiple choices for their input.
5. Present your ideas, avoid commands.
6. Provide resources and conditions for collaboration.
7. Be a positive example for how to work.
8. Stimulate others with recognition of their contribution.
9. Keep an overview over work in progress.
10. Present results and share rewards.
To improve collaboration with others is important for successful coexistence. Some thoughts about why it make sense to assosiate:
